Frequently asked questions
Why is the price “from” €699?
Because a store with 30 products and one with 3,000, or with specific integrations, are not the same job. After the first free call you get a fixed quote in writing: that's the price, and it doesn't change mid-project.
What do I pay each month, afterwards?
To us, nothing. What remains are the out-of-pocket costs of hosting and domain (a few dozen euros a year, paid to the provider) and, only if you want it, ongoing support under a separate contract.
Can I run the store myself?
Yes: products, prices, orders and discounts are managed from a simple panel, and training is included. If you'd rather not think about it, we can handle it for you.
Is it better than a Shopify site?
It depends on you, and we'll tell you honestly on the call. Shopify is great for launching fast with a template. Ours makes sense if you want your own design, no monthly fees, no commissions and full ownership of the site and data.
Will the store show up on Google?
The technical SEO side is included: speed, structure, data for search engines. Rankings then also depend on content and competition — we always tell you what to expect, with no magic promises.
