Why is the price “from” €599?
€599 covers a B&B with a few rooms and content ready to go. More units, full channel managers or photo shoots raise the quote — which you still get beforehand, fixed and in writing.
Does it really sync with Booking and Airbnb?
Yes, through the iCal calendars the portals themselves provide: when a booking comes in on one side, the dates close on the other. No double bookings.
How do payments arrive?
Through secure networks like Stripe or PayPal, straight into your account. You can ask for a deposit or the full balance — you set the rules.
Do I have to leave Booking and Airbnb?
No, and we wouldn't recommend it: the portals help new guests find you. The site is there so you stop paying commission on guests who already know you.
Can you manage the portals for us too?
Yes: we have a dedicated Booking.com and Airbnb management service — listings, rates and calendars. Many clients hand us their entire online channel.
What do I pay each month?
To us, nothing mandatory. What remains are hosting and domain (yearly out-of-pocket costs) and the usual payment network fees, which are theirs, not ours.
