The challenge

Whoever runs a healthcare or social care facility spends their days between registers, Excel sheets and binders: patient records on one side, staff shifts on the other, documents everywhere. With multiple sites to coordinate, every piece of information has to be hunted down in a different place, and a mistake on a shift or a record can have serious consequences for vulnerable people.

The solution

CareCloud brings everything together in a single system built on the actual procedures of RSA and CSA facilities. Sites are administered from one panel, patients and minors have structured, archived records, and shifts for employees and external collaborators are planned inside the system. Analytics show how the facility is performing, and an AI chat answers by querying the data directly: you ask, and the answer comes from what the facility already knows.
