The challenge

Osmosi SPA wanted its training content to reach employees without summoning them into a classroom or chasing them by email. People have different rhythms: some read in the evening, some can only listen in the car. What was needed was a tool that adapted to people's actual days, not the other way around.

The solution

We developed a mobile app where every piece of content lives in a double format, text and audio: you read it when you can sit down, you listen to it when you are on the move. Behind it, a CRM panel from which the company publishes and organises materials on its own, deciding what reaches whom.
