One of our most ambitious projects, built for OchoGroups LLC, an American company based in Malta: a booking system for tourist experiences in the style of GetYourGuide.

The challenge
OchoGroups wanted to enter a market dominated by giants like GetYourGuide, where whoever books expects everything: paying securely online, receiving the ticket on their phone, walking in by showing a QR code. Behind that simplicity, a complex machine was needed: commissions to calculate for every supplier, calendars with real-time availability, and operators scattered between Malta and the United States who all had to work on the same platform.
The solution
We built the ecosystem in full, piece by piece. The website where travellers choose and pay for tours, with commissions split automatically. The panel from which administrators run everything and the one from which each supplier manages their own experiences. The mobile apps for those who book and those who guide. And at the entrance of every tour, the scanner app that validates tickets in a second.
