The challenge
Casa della Mercede has been welcoming, feeding and assisting people in need in the heart of Catania since 2005. An immense body of work that almost no one saw: those seeking help struggled to understand where to go and what to ask for, and those wanting to support the association did not know where to begin.
The solution
We built a website that puts people before everything: the activities explained in simple, accessible words, opening hours and contact details in plain sight for those seeking help, and clear paths for those who want to donate or lend a hand. Twenty years of volunteer work, finally visible.
