The challenge
CinePiscina Evolution is three experiences in one: pool by day, cinema in the evening, bistro at all hours. Three services with different seats, schedules and rules, and a phone that rang non-stop for bookings. Staff spent more time handling calls than guests, and every booking overlap turned into an argument at the door.
The solution
We unified everything on a single platform: the website tells the story of the place, and the booking system handles pool, cinema and bistro each with its own logic for seats and schedules. Customers pick a day and a service and book on their own; staff open the day already knowing who is coming, where and at what time.
